I normally very happy with adsa shopping, sadly yesterday I decided to treat myself to (strawberry and cream muffin) hand made with whipped cream and strawberry jam. It was more heavy muffins than anything else, as there was very little jam spread thinly inside, and even less cream.
It definitely wasn't worth the money. Needless to say I won't be buying that again.☹️👎

Use to love coming to this store , until I was buying electric and a women with blonde hair and glasses gave me wrong amount of change , I told her she was wrong and she just refused to talk to me . Another member of staff corrected her fault and as I left the store the women who denied my change just stared me out the store. Put complaints in to the manager but he just looks dead into air and walks off. Terrible customer service won't be coming back.

One of the nicest man I met in my life Phil who has been working for Asda since he was 16. Phil helped us at the self scan check out can’t fault him the customer service was amazing I’m jealous that I run a company and I need people like him in my firm.

I used to love this store but feel it has gone down hill lately. Choice of products are very poor. The total lack of trolleys is so annoying, what is going on. I spent 15 mins looking for one on a few occasions. Due to this I am reluctant to return. I have contacted customer services but not even had a reply. This needs sorting asap!!

Always Very busy, But till checkouts are multiple, self-service basket Only checkouts. Trolley checkouts, assisted checkouts all good flowing 😃

Shopped there this morning, filled up a trolly got to the check out only one till being operated. Staff walking around looking at the queue but to stupid to know what to do about it.left my shopping there and went to Tesco no problem to get served, all checkouts were maned. Won’t bother going to Asda again

Love asda they sell almost every thing. They also have good clothing sales .There fruit and veg is very good last a while also .They also have a great bakery cakes bread etc .Great seletion of sweets .we also have about five different stores in newport area .Only thing its not as cheap as it was some things can be exspenceive.

This Asda has a great huge car park so it’s always easy to access ! it also has a McDonald’s located within the store.
