Staff are fairly friendly! Not bad if you need something quick!

Merchandise snacks, sweets, drinks and daily necessities quite complete, especially there are many brands of alcoholic beverages.

Conveniently located but it's touch and go with the staff; some are really friendly and helpful and others not so friendly. One member of staff accused me of stealing a carrier bag then didn't apologise when he realised I'd already paid for it.

Called into store last night about 10.15pm (29th June) while heading for bus home, store is great, clean and spacy but I was really impressed with an employee I believe was called Martin, he was very friendly and couldn't be more helpful, nice man ☺

Popped in because needed a few things before catching train didn't have everything I wanted not really their fault because one or two things I wanted were a little bit more obscure ended up finding them somewhere else but would definitely use them again

Dreadful store. The range is poor and the staff unhelpful. But what makes it worse is the clown working on the door as security. I watched a customer walk out so I thought wearing my mask i could walk in... no "wait their mate", so back to the queuing area. I go in and there is only one other customer inside. I purchase my goods and leave. My partner who is outside asks why I was stopped.. "must be one in one out" she looked puzzled.. "can't be, he let 6 customers on after you!"

This just demonstrates that its not public safety but about a power trip. Shame on you sainsbury

Terrible they should be more careful who they have working for them . Not the bullys they have on the doors narcissists. Really bad .

I visited there during my brief stay in Cardiff ! Just one day !! I should've stayed there more ! I was tgere for a night & a half day more ! I shopped my necessities there including wipes ,hand sanitizer, some sanitizer spray ( the only alcohol spray kind I'd found in Wales & England !! Lol.) And their cute orange elephant economy bags as my souvenirs !! I got 3 of 'em ! 1 for me ,1 for my sis & 1 another for my cousin in Japan ! I liked this shop ! The staff were friendly there !
