Tesco Express

Fairly standard as far as a Tesco Express goes. You'll find plenty of choice in terms of sandwiches and ready meals alongside a more limited range of fresh produce and groceries. Definitely meant for picking up last minute bits and pieces for lunch or dinner. This Tesco has a pretty big chilled drinks section with wines, beers, and ciders.
There are only a couple of self service checkouts and when I visited too few staff manning the other checkouts.

A nice little Tesco that has a little of most things you might need. Can be a bit more expensive than a big Tesco though. Staff are helpful and easy access for mobility scooters etc.

In the middle of the second national lockdown and not a single member of staff wearing a mask. Security guard spinning it around his finger! Was in here a month ago and no masks worn by any of the staff on the checkouts then either

Can I just say I’m so grateful for your security guard! I didn’t cacth his name but my car was leaking coolant he helped me find the tape and kitchen roll he offered to come side and fix the leak I’m so grateful Thankyou so much!😁

waited for somebody at the till for a while, self service is card only. had to leave without purchasing my items and went to a different store because nobody turned up.

Decent size store, not as much variety as in other Tesco’s though. Staff is always friendly.

This Tesco Store is under renovation.

It's a small store. It's better for buying little bits rather than a weekly shop. It does have a tesco coffee machine. However, there were no coffee cups on our visit. We called here to buy sweets before going to a show.
