Good selection of products in a fairly small shop. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I was shopping here a few weeks ago and witnessed an elderly gentleman with his elderly wife both in their 75 to 80s
On reaching the till the gent asked for Tuesday discount for pensioners.
A dark haired 50 plus woman fat woman was on the till and asked for proof of his age Unfortunately he had none she was screeching at the top of her voice all over the shop she wasn’t giving his pensioners discount as he couldn’t prove his age and it was more than her job was worth and she had a mortgage to pay and on and on. Did he want to put his purchases back all the other customers including myself couldn’t believe her mouth.

Excellent both in-store and local delivery. Iceland delivery was essential to using during the pandemic as my husband is vulnerable and I've just started shopping in store sometimes.

Went Christmas shopping on Tuesday got everything on the list plus a few bits more so many things to tempt us staff we're very helpful and polite even better had our discount for the elderly and home delivery excellent service thank you all and A Merry Christmas from a happy shopper xx🌲🎅

The Iceland store in Pwllheli is always clean,well stocked,staff amazing..friendly,helpful..
