Iceland Supermarket Cardiff

Extremely useful, close to the school and very central in the village. Offers good food (for the price it's at, which is very low). Defiantly worth going there if you need some pizzas or fizzy drinks for a small group as the costs are low!

Good selection of foods, customer service could do with a massive improvement and they need more checkout staff, because my food was defrosted by time I got served.

Typical supermarket. Good offers and choice of products. Quite small with only two isles but able to get majority of staple foods and luxury items.

The manager Sherry is a delight and always happy and smiling. Pip the young man is so patient with the older or disabled customers. Most of them remember when he was in highschool there

Its quite small so no room for a wheelchair although I can guarantee the staff would be more than willing to help. It was my first visit to this Iceland and gotta say I would definitely go back again. Even though the Isles aren't that wide and I'm dangerous in charge of a trolley especially with my 6yr old in tow who's trying to climb on the trolley or buy everything in the store, the staff were amazing and literally bent over backwards. Very polite, caring and always smiling.

It might be a small shop but it has a good choice of frozen, ambient & fresh food. The service isn't that fast because the staff are friendly & willing to help & hold a conversation with the older generation making them feel special....👍👍
