Asda Queensferry

Such a bad store no sign to say that there is a limit to lettuce and coming telling people off to say that they will band me from the store for buyung bulk lettuce. Disgusting i am not stealing to get ban just buying bulk lettuce. Staff are not friendly they are soo rude and one of the young security lad that told me off that he was warning of for buying bulk lettuce that was 6 month ago and considiring lots of things changed 6 month ago even the prices are nearly doubled compared to 6 month i didnt know that there was STILL LIMIT for lettuce no sign to say there is a limit does it very very poor customer service never had this problem in tesco or lidl, even the SMALL TESCO EXPRESS has no limit that was the same 6 month ago. If it still goes like this asda is going to be loosing customer, like tesco says ‘every little helps’ if you can understand.

I visited shop yesterday to buy fire works and I was at till to scan the fire works card then lady at the till told me to go and get your fire works from other lady I went to that lady and she told me that I can't have it bcoz it's closing time but it's not 4pm then she came to till and took off fire works from my receipt.
I was traveling from far to get it if you can't give me what I came for why you serve people after 4pm as there was que behind me
I got receipt and it shows real time that she canceled my items before 4pm then I paid and receipt was printed at 4:02pm

Absolute joke of a supermarket!

Prices are much higher than others which you could forgive if they had people on the tills; 4 tills had people on them meaning we were queuing halfway down the aisles and waiting for over 30 mins (and counting)

I will not be visiting this store ever again and it won't be long until others follow suit too.

Oh my word!! Covid wouldnt have survived a visit to them toilets!!! 4year old need the toilet but we left scared 😱🤮🤢😷
I understand there is a lot of traffic through a very busy store but there is no excuse for the lack of cleaning in there!
Great store and lots to choose from but this area needs addressing ASAP

Absolutely rediculous click and collect! Firstly no signs to find click and collect at all. It was in the carpark all locked up. No signs to say anything. I went to customer services to ask. They said its round the back of the store. Still no signs to follow or when you finally get there. 7 substitutes aswell. Totally different products for substitutes. Won't be doing this again in a hurry!

Used for Online shopping for delivery pre Xmas. Several items weren't delivered but still charged for them. Despite this Asda reject the refund request. As someone who shops with Asda each week, I'm extremely disappointed with Asda's handling of the topic and will shop elsewhere going forward.

Large Asda superstore in Queensferry. It's got a 24 hour petrol station, opticians, McDonalds, barbershop, toilets, a travel agents, Timpsons and cash machines.
