**Racial Discrimination**
I was a regular customer for last 3 years since I moved in Wrexham. 'Was" because I will never ever go there again. This evening I went there after Aldi as I like few things from Aldi. I was carrying a bag( not a huge one. small canvas tote bag as I do most of the time). On my way back the security stopped me as he wanted to check my bag. According to him he was not in the desk when I entered with bag and now he saw me leaving. Their policy is to check everyone( according to him and the manager which I understand ). I politely reminded both of them that they could easily check the camera before stopping and checked my bag as I felt humiliated. It was not busy at all. I showed him Aldi's receipt. He insisted on checking. I felt insulted as my colleagues and neighbors were in the store. He didn't stop anyone. I believe he did that only because of my color. Since I have moved here i never have this experiences and I never thought I would have this experiences where I was a regular customer. Did they ever do any audits how many times they stopped their customers for bag check and what was statistics? age, race, ethnicity distribution? In my organization we do regular audits/ check feedback to improve the service but does Morrison care about that????

Never usually have a problem with Morrisons but you’d swear none of the delivery drivers can tell the time. Attempting to deliver food shopping a good 3 hours before the time we had booked it for, expecting us to be in, etc.

Of course if we were going to be in sooner, we’d book it sooner. Pure stupidity

Been a day one customer and I've witnessed several things lately "dropping off". Quality of products, choice, pathetic customer service.... Even the car wash stations hardly seem to work anymore, but still using the pandemic as an excuse..
I'll be using an alternative supermarket from now on.

Good shop nice staff 👍 great your own pizza you could get the bread thick sliced or unsliced and quite a few other great products

Half an hour wait for food for my last two visits to their restaurant. Both times, both coffee machines out of order. Staff don't care and don't try to make it better.

Went to cafe what a shambles. Dirty tables, cold beans, warm sausage, cold bacon, sour milk in tea, no sugars in containers and when mentioned all these complaints to girl there she said sorry and walked off. Will never shop or eat here again

Stopped here for lunch while a family member was at an appointment. Staff seemed friendly. Salad bar was fresh and lots of choice.

I loved the layout of their store on the outskirts of Wrexham and I really enjoyed their Cafe too and the latte was lovely, and great value for money on a lot of items
