Tesco Express

Very expensive they never seem to be well stocked with fruit or veg. The security guard is very obnoxious and have seen him picking his nose several times!!! Staff not very friendly and one girl on checkout was texting on her mobile while a long que formed. Nothing special

Picked up some strawberry only to find when I got home to find some of them with mould on very disappointed

I used to go often to leave and receive parcels. Many times lately, the scanner is not working so i have to leave and go back to receive my parcel. Last week i went to pick a parcel again and the scanner was not working as usual so i left and i went back.When i went back the sale assistant, a young lad looked at me and without saying sorry or anything was calling his colleagues to help him with the scanner because was stil not working . I was standing in front of him 10minutes and instead of telling me a bloody word he was just talking with his colleagues. When they sorted out the issue, he gave me the parcel i said thank you but i didn’t receive any reply. No sorry for the time you’ve been waiting or even your welcome!!! I went again today to receive a parcel and it was an Indian girl at the till with short hair, unfortunately i forgot her name. I gave her my ID and in front of my face she said to her colleague through the headphone “oh god, the name is Sofia but i can not pronounce that surname “. I felt really bad. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. I will never ever step again inside there

....they really don't seem to like processing any Evri deliveries, they forgot to charge the scanner this morning, but it was only on 2% when I had to go back for my second attempt. The lad who took over this evening was very helpful

I am emailing today regarding a situation that took place in Tesco express in Caerleon , this place is near my house so I often go there to buy bits and I am a regular customer , there is a staff there called Morgan who acted very inappropriately with me. He was rude and argued with me and behaved out of order. I was in the store around 14:30. I’d like to let Tesco know about how rude their staff members are.

Shocking selection of veggie food the ‘plant based’ chiller is just full of fish and prawns. Worst Tesco for veggie or vegan I’ve ever been in.

Small but filled with all your essentials. Opens nice and early on a Sunday, which is the only reason I go here (as it is pricier than a normal tesco).
