Visited your cafe today....the jacket potato was luke warm and the cheese unheated. The crispy salad was tired and slightly discoloured. Such a disappointing visit. The staff are lovely and I always enjoy visiting the store. But clearly cooking lessons are needed

Waste of time if you are wanting to visit one shop for food.
Went in on the 25/08/22. Started with condiments. No Ketchup, No Salad cream, No Piccalilli. Left rather than trying to look for anything else I wanted, I left, then went to Tesco which had all of the items I wanted. Not an isolated incident either.

Absolutely disgusted with your staff today in your hostile store.
My 85 year old grandmother was asked why she was not wearing a mask on entering the store. Your staff have no legal right to do this.
She is registered disabled, has COPD, a clearly broken arm in a support and severe arthritis in her feet. When we tried to exit the door (and there were absolutely zero people entering at the time) we were once again stopped by your staff and told that we had to exit the store at the other end of the building via the food hall. So what would’ve been a simple few steps back to the car became a journey back around the store past many people!
I did try to give some polite feedback to the exit prevention officer about using initiative for very vulnerable people but she really want interested and tried to quote Welsh law. Your staff have no legal training and should not be trying to intimidate people with scare tactics. There are no laws in place regarding entering and exiting stores, it is simply guidance. Hence why no other retail stores on the complex have this in place.
It was a very unpleasant experience and I would like you to address my comments and confirm that your staff members are following a policy set out by yourselves at store level.
