Vast store with a comprehensive range. Competitive pricing, but you'll need a Tesco Loyalty Card to qualify for the special offers. Good range of affordable clothing. Car park and toilets are both adequate.

I have been a customer in this store for many years which due to its good products and service. However, at this present time, my shopping experience is no longer a pleasure. Store opens at 7am on Saturdays, however the checkouts are not operational until 8am. Therefore I have changed my visiting times to the store and found whatever time I visit I have to queue behind several customers at the checkouts as the checkouts are not fully opened. There are 6 to 7 checkouts in the store, however it seems Tesco are too tight to employ staff especially at busy times of the day for yhe checkouts to be fully operational. Long queues are also at the self checkouts. Shopping at Tesco has now become an unpleasant situation.

Absolutely discussed been shopping here for years my partner went to the toilets before he even entered the shop. Came out and was asked by security guard if he could check what's in his jacket. As it was it was one of our dogs toys as they where in the car... but my biggest point is how can he have nicked anything if he hadn't been in the shop yet. Surely if he had even been in the shop what right has he got to searh him anyway...absolutely fuming..Will be taking this matter further...

My father went there at 10pm, when he was paid and ready to go, the women Speaking to security said don’t let him come back second time,one day only one time shopping ,absolutely no reason ,if I forgot something to buy, cannot Come back??Very bad service, not a happy shopping experience!!!!!

Some of us have full time jobs working 10 hours a day... finish work at 5 run over to pick up a couple of bits for valentines day and you've already emptied the shelves of everything to do with it... nice one tesco

Why are tesco descriminating against the elderly and people who use cash by changing the majority of petrol pumps to pay at pump only and taking away the option of paying with cash at kiosk. I pulled into Cardiff road today and all the pumps had been labelled pay at pump only so I went to spitty road to be told by a member of staff that that this would also be changed in two weeks. As I don't use card but pay cash I will obviously have to start purchasing fuel from elsewhere. Great way to drive away loyal customers Tesco!
