The best. Walk in early for fresh fish and meat. Keeps food products from world over. Veggies and fruits are of excellent quality. Good bargains on select wines and whiskey.
Good experience shopping, clean passages, friendly staff and quick checkout. Ample parking and you can shop with worrying about parking time limits, unlike other supermarkets.
Deli and bakery is also excellent.

Customer services are horrible in the café... No pleases and thank yous. My full english breakfast was missing the beans, hashbrown. Is it rocket science to understand what's in the full english breakfast? We are in England c'mon... I didn't even get a "sorry for that many mistakes..." Avoid the place if you got a chance...

Shop was well stocked. As for who was running it it looked like a free for all at the tills. Whoever served us at the tills looked like she had been exhumed 4 years ago. No conversational skills ...in fact not one word passed her lips. Had to be asked several times if she minded pushing our items down as she was just plonking them right by her and we were impeded by the plastic screen which was still up. No please and no thank you. Good job we weren't mystery customers.

I asked for a gluten free menu and was told that they didn't have one and that they had been asking for one. So I then asked what gluten free options they had for me and she said they don't as they have to go through each item individually and she clearly was not willing to help me find something we could eat.
We were going to do our monthly food shop in there too as we can get many free from items near us. Nearly to say we didn't.
We went to Tesco cafe and a lovely woman was more than happy to figure out some food we could eat and we did our £150 shop in Tesco instead.
Poor show Morrisons.

Great range of products, I really like fresh bakery stand and big variety of cakes. Fish counter is always nicely presented and fresh 👌
My favourite supermarket

Appalling service - 2 checkouts open and multiple self service tills. Aberystwyth is an area where there are a lot of elderly who can't cope with self service tills. This afternoon there were 6/7 queueing at the each of the two checkouts - elderly and disabled people!! How do you buy saving stamps at self service? When I shop I want to be SERVED not serve myself - have enough to do with filling trolley, then onto the belt and then pack, pay = don't want to be scanning as well. No wonder people are shopping at Tescos now. SHAME on you Morrisons - not customer centred at all!!

I would have given a higher rating, but your customer service is absolutely appaling. At the tills in a queue as only 1 till was open on a Saturday evening, and a lovely chap asked a member of staff if another till could be opened. Well, the poor bloke got a mouthful from this staff member she should be ashamed of herself.

Went early to avoid many people and got the shopping we want and the price have got discounts and staff are lovely and friendly . I alway go to morrison since they first opened year ago. Lovely stuff to buy.
