Seems customers do not matter in this store..did my shopping and no one on the tills ..asked which till was open and told till no1.I unloaded shopping on till 1 and still no one to man the till...waited 5 minutes..yes 5 minutes!!!!..eventuality staff member showed up and asked me to move all my shopping to till no5!!!..was a weekly shop so was a lot of goods.i didn't move it .by this time there was quite a long queue behind me and still no one to man a till..eventually they found.ssomeone to man a till ..she seemed to have a attitude problem..it was a real effort to serve me...I've used other lidls and never had this problem. .I was 1st in the queue and it took a good 15min to get served ..I find this amount of time waiting unacceptable .There was plenty of staff there but no one seemed to want to serve customers .

BEWARE...Check your change when shopping in Lidl Port Talbot.

A close friend of mine got short changed, spoken to like dirt by the manager and not even given the full amount back because the tills didn't add up.

Bought a galvanised incinerator and some cat food it was just a short visit as didn't have the fabric softener that I normally buy but other than that it was OK.

Always love lidl great deals on meat and I love all the Christmas food, not as cheep as it was but nowhere is unfortunately.

Well spaced aisles with bargains throughout the store. Comprehensive range of goods, food and non-food, the only negative observation being the slow checkout system, frequently only one or two staff on them and very slow to react to surges in customers, in fact, all too often, bizarrely, checkouts are closed when it gets busier

Good selection of items. You should find what you're looking for.

Lidl are always good, but sometimes they are too popular and parking is difficult. This one is big enough to have a good range, and parking has always been easy.

Plenty of offers at great price.Lot of choices and quality. Surprising gifts of unexpected items. Free Parking. Worth downloading the lidl app as you get vouchers and also save money monthly and earn rewards. Did have problems with stock especially the freezer part, but last time we visited it did seem better. Lot better on stock. Lidl card updated so you get more vouchers and savings. Lot better for item's in freezer.
