I must have gone to a different store because other reviews vary wildly from mine. The staff were friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. All that I can think is that there are some very hard to please customers.
Well done all Asda staff 😊👍

Excellent supermarket. About what you'd expect at a place like this. Friendly helpful staff and decent prices. What's not to like?

Great little Asda but don't expect to be able to do a full shop as their lines are very limited, I feel this door does cater for tourists as the barbecue isles with chocker block with food, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fastest click and collect experience ever. Use the app to say you're on your way. Brilliant friendly helpful staff.

The staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I use the supermarket to buy my weekly food and spend a reasonable amount each week. A while ago I somehow managed to overstay my welcome in the car park by 15 mins, I appealed the ticket but was unable to discuss with anyone at dcbl and am now in receipt of unpleasant letters from them! which has unfortunately made me shop elsewhere. Sorry Asda! and will unwillingly have to pay the fine.

The staff are incredibly rude, they are not helpful and when you ask them anything it’s as if they are really going out of there way to provide customer service. The staff on the checkouts are just as rude, they make no effort to make a conversation with you. Aisles are busy and crammed because of cages and staff having conversations with each other. Awful experience.

Not my experience, my 70 year old Dad, he suffers with emphysema, and had a very breathless episode in your store. A very kind member of staff, helped him, and assisted him to his car. I wanted to thank the member of staff who looked after him. It was on Monday 24th October. Please could someone pass on my thanks.
