Iceland Supermarket Ammanford

Good store and the problems are not the staffs fault at all. The staff tried they're best and were working flat out. However a lot of products we're not on the shelf and I had to find a member of staff which was not easy to go and look for me. Also the shelves were a mess products we're all over the place. Again not the staffs fault they are well understaffed and they were all except one working delivery. Which is not easy especially with how much Iceland demand. Nice store great prices they just need more staff

Shop here near enough every week. Always finding new products to buy there for my family. Great value for money especially with a savings card it helps me towards Christmas or if money is tight from an unsuspected bill

Staff are very helpful but the shop needs improvement as it seems very small not changed a bit still small and freezers need replacing

Always a good selection to choose from

Waited in the que while some young lad chatted up a pensioner. Total disregard for other customers. Asked for ice,used his radio to contact upstairs no reply, explained no one keeps their radios on them and I could not have my ice as he was the only one on the shop floor. Health and safety breach. Food wise meat is cheap and tough (beef). Other food items over priced for what it is. Always big ques and one till open.
