The gangs around lurking about and particularly the woods /field behind this store is the main problem and it's only a matter of time before something happens to someone. Does not feel safe at all. We go to Asda in Pontprennau instead.

Yet another product bought that is out of date!
Tesco finest Belgian chocolate and orange pots. Bought yesterday 26.4.22 noticed today use by 21st 04 22!

Yazoo 6 pack bought 2 weeks ago around 12.4.22 they were 3 months out-of date! Absolutely disgusting.

Not worth taking back as only a few pounds , will cost me more in fuel but sorry Avoid this place!

Today I went to this supermarket and they built me up a lot ... The products do not correspond to their price tags, they are much more expensive than other stores. My daughter, who is 16, was not sold an energy drink. Maybe today is not a good day. Didn't mean to offend anyone, but it's a fact ...

The staff were very helpful.
I've not seen a superstore that requires a £1 coin for the trolley in a long time, I had to go back to the car for change 😁😆

Lots of variety and choice, good for wheelchair users, toilets available. Children welcome.

Came into here for some food on my lunch break to be greeted by a double crater sized pothole on the junction to turn into the tesco that burst my tyre, which left my car undriveable.

Duty manager and her assistant didn't seem to care and they had said this had happened to numerous people already! Not even a sorry, then proceeded to say that they aren't sure who's land it is and then tried to blame it on me for supposedly driving there with a flat tyre when i had been driving around all day for work just fine.
Absolute jokers.

Will be taking it further :)

Used to think highly of this store until I learned that they closed off the aisle for womens hygiene products due them not being essential during covid. Ridiculous. Edit: Tesco opened that aisle later the same day.

I had my shopping bag checked yesterday by a security officer who was ordered by a shop attendant. The shop attendant thought that I might not have paid for my kids toys. I was with my kids and we both felt embarrassed being the only ones to be stopped and checked. There was no alarm ring or any issue behind us, I had paid for every single items including the shopping bag. I strongly feel that the shop attendant was racist towards myself and my children, she thought we couldn't afford the Rubiks cubes. I would appreciate if the management of the Tesco would say something about this.
