Waitrose & Partners Pontprennau

This is a brilliant shop, and the service inside is brilliant. A nice little cafe is included, with items from a quick bite to eat to a nice hot (or cold) lunch. I always find what I'm looking for, and usually it is at a nice price. I highly recommend this place to you all!!

Store was stocked and well presented. Checkout colleagues were helpful and very pleasant.

After being enticed to go to Pentwyn Waitrose on the afternoon of new years eve after reading about decent discounts on wines and spirits until midnight, braved the weather, the crowded car park to find no discounts as advertised what so ever, if anything prices are up, because they know people will be forced to pay extra.
There is no point in lying about discounts as the only result you get is p👎👎👎ed off customers, so as a regular customer of somewhere that is often over priced, I'm not going to be tricked into going there on the strength of fictitious discounts, I won't be back, its Marks and Spencers from now on
