Very nice after its refit, the bakery and butchers is a vast improvement. Electrical department has become very small and don't offer a full range, shame you can no longer see the televisions working to see the quality. Cafe is very nice and welcoming, nice to chill out before a big shop. Quick bites for your working lunch have all been conveniently placed on one place at the front of store.

All new indoor design. Very nice shopping experience. The Cafe is cool, as with table service. Parking Saturday might be a challenge, as lots of shoppers.

Generally a great local supermarket. Click and collect order cancelled within hours of collection time and no compensation or discount offered for the inconvenience of needing to rebook and pay a higher delivery/packing fee due to last minute order - poor customer service really.

Waited 10 minutes at the bakery counter for someone to slice my bread. Even though they saw me I was ignored. When I asked politely if someone could assist, the woman serving started shouting and telling me to get back. If you don't want to be harassed or ignored I suggest you avoid Tesco. We went to Morrisons for our weekly shop instead where the staff were much more friendly. Won't be going back to Tesco.

Shop there nearly everyday but getting more difficult as they have 16 Self Service checkouts but today only 4 taking cash most days only 5-6 taking cash, Asda & Morrison have plenty more that take cash so will call there more often and from now on if i go to Tesco and have to use card will put 1 item through at a time with each transaction. Went again today 10.12.22 only 4 cash S/Service Tills again if TESCO does not want cash business fine as i can take my cash elsewhere

Excellent customer care today at the self checkout. The store was extremely busy, nevertheless Chelsea took the time to help us scan our shopping, resulting in the process being stress free. She was cheerful and very patient.

Finally have to say goodbye, shocking prices , they say inflation is 11% but some of tesco food prices have gone up 50-60% cat food £2.25 to £3.80 for the basic bolognaise sauce £1.50 to £2.20 don’t get me started on the rest .Time to shop around.

Just had the most disturbing shopping experience of my life sack the management 6 trolleys deep at the tills and half of them shut. Raised the point with staff member and she laughed at me!!
