Iceland Supermarket Ebbw Vale

Not as big as some of the other stores. Good prices and well stocked. Friendly young man on the till. Excellent customer service.

Not a big shop but has everything you need at very competitive prices. The shop is quite small and narrow but is great. The staff and drivers are always so friendly and will pack your shopping for you at the till if you want it delivered later in the day. Most of the meals they do are great value as are their promotions and multi buys.

I have had numerous deliveries from here and they always come on time and with long use by dates. I’ve also had a few free loaves of bread because they were close to the use by date which is a bonus.

Substitute items are always close to what you would get and I like that you can add to your delivery right up until a few hours before. They also now do same day delivery.

First time we’ve used home delivery in a long time. The 1st delivery driver missed a few items when dropped off, easy mistake, no dramas. I phoned the store an hour later, when I realised and the 7-9pm driver brought them out an hour later plus a few extras for the inconvenience, missed his name but customer service done right, top guy. We normally use tesco but will for sure be using Iceland a lot more now to top up the freezer 👍

Loads of food choices, really good value and staff friendly and helpful.

They never had wat I went in for staf not helpful one fround at another member of staff and said I'm happy really .
He forgot to tell his face worth going in for a laugh very entertaining farm foods not much better but they did have wat I wanted

Shelves was very stocked up, freezers was full plenty of staff around if you needed any help..ony down fall they only had 1 person serving

Isles are narrow but when we went was only 2 other shoppers. Good selection of foods and good offers.
