Watched a member of staff refill the cutlery with dirty knives and forks. Absolutely appalling. Streaked with sauce and completely filthy.

Went for breakfast this morning to start with the area under ground car park was dirty and unkemp lots of trolleys by lift doors and and a number of other bits and bobs, the lift was dirty hadn't been cleaned for a while I'd say. The toast was like warm bread no colour to it the cutlery was a bit dirty too and cups bit grubby inside the staff were friendly and polite. The whole store looks shabby to what it was needs sorting out

My husband and I called into Morrison’s today for lunch. Evidently they were understaffed, All tables were laden with dirty dishes. I had to move previous used dishes, food, serviettes etc from our table and grab some wipes and disinfect the table which was grubby before eating on it. The 2 ladies working there were cooking and delivering food. The lady on the till was trying to manage the tables too. They both needed help. They both required a trolley to collect up from each table and clean them well with disinfectant and cloths on the trolley. I washed my hands in the toilets to eat my food. By that time my coffee was cold. These ladies needed assistance. Thus is not a good reflection of Morrison’s especially when outside on the trolley park you have a notice saying all trolleys would be cleaned. Help is needed inside, especially with clearing and cleaning. Please get this cafe safe and clean again. Customers deserve it and the staff do too.

Once again over charged at Morrisons second time this month ! Ticket price on the shelf 2 for £7 yet on the product 2 for £8 . Last week toilet duck ticket price £1 yet check out price £3 . Once the error pointed out tickets removed . How many other have been hood winked is it a error or clever marketing big shiny yellow ticket showing lower price yet the till price is a couple of quid higher . I now take my phone and so sad take pictures of special ticket prices and compare my till receipt . Get a grip morrisons your spoiling and excellent deli and bakery !

Stopped for a 'quick' bite to eat. Got half the food after about 15 minutes of waiting and a half hearted apology that they forgot about the rest but it would be with us as soon as possible. After another 30 minutes of sitting with 2 hungry kids we decided it wasn't worth waiting for. Won't be going back.

I couldn't find lentils, I don't know if they have them or not but I couldn't find them. Oh I bought a knife from here a week ago and I love it, its so sharp my sponge is in splinters.

I was disappointed to see they have stopped making their scones there were 4 in a pkt and they were the size of a small plate . They were really delicious. Instead they had 4 in a pkt the size of an egg cup and not as nice at all .

Today in the morning me and my friend went to the restaurant for having breakfast but a lady served us who was so much rude. We ignored it but when we were leaving the other customer advised me to give a review because that customer didn’t like her behaviour as well.
