Elms Surgery

I am with The Elms Surgery since 2014, Dr Ahmad is a good GP, he cares about his patients, knowledgeable, professional and he keeps his word when he said he would call, I could not ask for more. In fact, all the GPs and nurses in the centre are all professional and very attentive. However, there was an occasion that one receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful back in 2019, the rest are all friendly. 9.99 out of 10 for the Elms Surgery.

I saw Dr Carlos today for an emergency appointment a few hours a phone consultation.
I’ve never had such a good experience before.
I would highly recommend him to everyone !
Extremely helpful, kind and cared greatly.

This surgery has also got parking on site which I didn’t realise before.

Not at all happy with the surgery's new practice of insisting you have a phone consultation rather than a face to face with a doctor. Make sure you ask for a face to face as it's not automatically offered.

I just moved to this GP and I had first consultation by phone. I was very pleased how the doctor (unfortunately I do not remember the name) gave me all information need.
Then I went to the Surgery and at reception I met a lovely receptionist which also is very professional.
Really pleased 😀

Can i give more stars? This surgery has completely spoiled me with excellent staff and treatment. A minor mistake (changed to a telephone app instead of the face to face I needed) was rectified immediately.
Then they tried to find out HOW the mistake happened so it wasn't repeated. How cool is that?! and the receptionists are fabulous, friendly and polite. They never make you feel like you are a bother.

Pleasant environment with very helpful efficient receptionists , Medical and nursing staff.Parking available in the backyard and near by public car parks

Not helpfull at all. I was calling several times for my sons( they had covid, cough, very high temperature) asking for medicine and the doctor was sending me syrup for allergies. Staff asking you on the phone what is the issue of your call as they are the doctors...Very dissapointed
