Shinsen Sushi

A little hard to find but well worth the effort! Amazin tasty sushi probably the best in the UK or maybe even the whole of japan!

Just don't get fulled by pictures. In pictures it looks like a nice restaurant but in reality it is just a residential house. People are making food in their own kitchen. Website is not completely clear. As an example: ordered coke for £1.50. It didn't say what kind of size it will be but actually it was only one can of coke. Opening hours as well not clear. Saying they are open on Sundays but website/phone is not working. If you are actually having a day off and never work on Sunday's, would be nice to say that on the website that people wouldn't bother to keep looking if you are open yet or not. Food was okay. When first time ordered what not too bad, second time one of the sushi's tasted funny.

My colleage from work had recommended this takeaway place for sushi and I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a few types of sushi, some soba and ramen to try and taste a bit of everything. What a pleasant surprise! All of it was well made and delicious! I normally go to Ashford or Tunbridge Wells for Sushi and I'm so impressed that this place makes better sushi and it's so close to where I live. I'm planning a visit every week and I hope they maintain the high standards and taste. Excellent and highly recommended! 6 stars!

Absolutely amazing. Food is incredible and quick to be ready. Fresh, well packed, perfect temperature, great food. Very happy customer.
