Mi Sushi

There are no words to describe how low the quality of the food is. The tuna in the rolls has actually gone bad!

8 dragon rolls missing from our order. 2 hour late for delivery. Restaurant staff rude when we called to ask for missing items. We understand current climate keep you busy with orders and therefore, this does not justify bad attitude over the phone to my partner when he asked for the missing rolls because of the poor quality of the service. Be sure we will never order from your place again neither recommend it to anyone around us.

This is by far my favourite takeaway sushi restaurant. Always delicious, fresh and in the 7years I’ve been ordering from them, I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend Mi Sushi in general and definitely try their Dragon roll if you have not done so yet. Disclaimer: it’s addictive :)

Not great. Ordered a small order and delivery was confirmed for 35 minutes. It’s been 95 minutes and nothing. Called and they said, “delivery man is in your lobby”. Then asked where I was calling from. Then said that he was 5 minutes away. That was 15 minutes ago. Do not order delivery.

Terrible service. Terrible manager. I waited in the lobby for my food for 20 minutes just to see that they "delivered" it. Never saw anyone. When I asked the manager for my money, he got an attitude and hung up. Don't recommend.

Mew owners seem to get it right, the quality was good, the delivery time was prompt and in perfect condition, we do order here many times before and the las few times was not as great, (hence changed of ownership).
We'll definitely order again.

Pretty tasty sushi 🍣 arrived pretty quickly too!

Ordered yesterday evening. Was delivered some grey looking tuna that had gone yellow in some parts. You don't even want to know about the smell.
Immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. I was reassured by them that the food was perfectly fine to eat. I have worked several years in the service industry and I am very much aware of how spoiled fish looks like. Even someone that doesn't eat tuna knows that tuna is not grey in colour when raw.
So as I was not going to take chances with food poisoning I put 60£ in the bin.
It is scary that businesses that find it okay to play with people's health are free to cater.

Please please please do stay away from this restaurant and stay safe!
