splashaway bay is excellent facility, we had to book online for an hour spot , can get really busy there is a long pool but was not open also the flumes not open , not sure why .on arriving greeted by attendant check our booking and asked any children under 8 , our grandson 6 was given an orange band .the changing area but manic people trying to get lockers and cubicles to get dressed , there is area for buggies ,and area with hair dryers and mirrors .there is a spin dryer for swimsuits , you go one way to pool past the toilets , to you come out by the baby pool ,next to the wave pool which is good fun but have to be careful can get knocked about , the slide is next which my grandson would stay on all day , then the is a fun pool were sprinklers and buckets of water tipping , there is a jacuzzi and my favourite the whirly pool floating around . You need a £1 coin for locker , great fun but have to be vigilant there are lots of lifeguards but when we were there , couple of groups of young boys only larking around but got a bit rough had to get out there way , the best bit ,it's FREE

Flumes still not open after 9 months being closed.
Had a bad experience in the changing room as I found out some dirty b@#%&*d had urinated all over the floor.
Seemed to be sporadic closing times that I was unaware of, just a long whistle then everyone told to leave.
Staff where friendly enough

The pool is really good, however, it is advertised as being a place you can visit. This is not correct, you have to be staying on the site to access the pool, you cannot pay to go in, only people with play passes are allowed in, if you don't book passes before you arrive (as part of your holiday) you cannot purchase on site. Fo not believe the sites that say you can buy passes when you arrive. You definitely cannot.

Nice swimming pool. Unfortunately the slides and flues were closed during our visit. However the rapids and waves were pretty good.

Here in October before half term, all slides weren't in use, communal showers really need some maintenance as the was quite a lot of black mold in the joints. Overall we had a very enjoyable weekend.

Fantastic for family fun. Wish you could stay longer than an hour. You need a pound for the lockers. There are warm showers for after your swim. Wave pool ,lazy river, tipping buckets, Bubble pool.

Best water park based pool we've seen so far at the Havens. Lots of lockers and changing rooms. Slides, splash zones were all good fun. Only down side was the wave machine only came on once every half an hour and lasted 5mins. Jacuzzi area bubbles weren't ever on.
