Practice Tai Chi

Have been learning Tai chi with Dan for around 5 years now. Classes are fun and Dan is a great teacher, dedicated and very patient.
Tai chi has so many health benefits, reducing stress, improved balance, mindfulness and flexibility.
Practice tai chi follows the young family tai chi form.
