5 stars!! Excellent service, friendly and professional. My wedding suit came up a bit a small, I was worried it wouldn't be able to be altered at all. Came back a week later for a fitting and everything had been let out perfectly. I will definitely be returning.

These ladies are absolutely amazing! They have done quite a few alterations for me and every time the work is of amazing quality. They are very patient and attentive, taking the time to explain what alterations need to be made and how it is will look. They have also helped me out on many occasions fitting me in and altering on the spot when they are extremely busy. Very fair prices for quality work.Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had my wedding suit Altered here by Isabella who did a fantastic job, she made sure it was perfect before finishing the job - really good customer service. I'm now back getting a wool jacket tailored to go with my kilt as I know it's in trusty hands.

Great service from Izabella who has altered 2 bridesmaids dresses for me. I would really recommend quality stitch as the alterations were perfect and Izabella is a lovely lady. I have used a few seamstresses in the Wimbledon area and this is the best value for the work and the great customer service! I would definitely recommend.

I have visited Quality Stitch a few times and had a particularly great experience recently with a bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding. I had taken it to another tailor and paid a small fortune (!) for alterations. When I picked the dress up, the straps felt tight and uncomfortable, but I was assured that this was how it was supposed to fit. I took the dress to the team at Quality Stitch with three days to go before the wedding. They recognised the issue immediately, validated my concerns, and fixed the problem perfectly at a very tight turnaround. The lady who served me could tell just by looking at the dress that the fit was wrong, knew exactly how much to alter it by, and said she could make further alterations on the morning before the wedding if needed. She offered the service at an extremely reasonable price and would not let me pay a penny extra. I would like to thank the team here for saving the day for me and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking tailoring/alterations/dry cleaning services in the area. Thank you!

I recently took in a favourite jacket of mine to Quality Stitch with a jammed and separated zipper just before the Christmas break. Izabella who answered my original repair quote email, kindly offered to make the repair on the spot to ensure that I had the jacket ready before Christmas. She was friendly, approachable and let one of her staff members watch the repair process so that he could learn how to undertake future zip repairs himself (which I thought was thoughtful to train up staff). All in all, I was very pleased with the service for the price and would recommend the shop to anyone local in a heartbeat.

They did an alteration to my suit and trousers. They were quality alterations. It was done quickly. The price was great. These are hard working, lovely women who know the meaning of hard work and I appreciate then and what they did for my suit. I will come back
