Dessert City

Visited 3 times. 2 out of the 3 didn't have what we wanted. On the menu they have loads of flavours of ice cream but seem to only ever have in stock a fraction of the flavours! 3rd time ended up just leaving without buying anything.

The food is delicous and has some amazing ideas for desserts, including waffles, ice-cream and much more! The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The toilets are clean and tidy and well-decorated, as well as the eating area. Great place to treat your kids! :)

Wonderful place! Glad it exists. I always have the waffle and every time it’s been delicious! Apparent from a dated interior the food to me, more then makes up for it. Can’t wait to go back too this gem!

Got here good timing. But me and my friend are extremely disappointed. It seems rushed and barely had any thought put into it. We got the kinder Bueno waffle and a sea salted caramel crepe. Now these sound good but they're so poorly made. The crepe had barely anything on sauce wise and the waffle was undercooked and didn't taste right. Also when we opened the bag it smelt disgusting the type of smell you get from old takeout in your microwave

My friend really bigged up the place and said that their food is absolutely amazing and that's why I'm writing this review because it was a let down. I eat basically anything and I couldn't eat this.

I have to admit tho the milkshake I got, the mint areo one is nice I can drink it the m&m one we haven't tried yet. And the little cute pots of ice cream tasted off.

I'll give the place the benefit of the doubt and guess they were busy but I'm not going to order from here again.

This place just isn’t what it used to be. Ordered 2 items and only one came with their excuse being “we have run know out of cookie dough, get a refund on just eat” they could have rung me and asked if I wanted something else instead of knowingly leaving someone without their treat dessert.

The waffle that did arrive was just meh, can’t say there was anything wrong with it but there was nothing really good about it either. More toppings would be good, the toppings were minimal.

Not happy in the slightest!
Just made an order which included 2 Oreo milkshakes for my children - one of the milkshakes was only half full, to top it off, we ordered at 20:10, it didn’t arrive until almost half past 9 - not even an apology for how long it took. I’ve ordered from here a few times but won’t be ordering again.

Great food, far better than any other dessert restaurant/takeaway we've tried before The service was brilliant, the owner/manager was collecting a delivery when he saw us outside in the process of trying to place an order online and he said he take the order in person. We'd give more stars if we could.

If there was less than one star I would definitely choose it. 4 days ago, I ordered 4 boxes of 4 ice-cream scoops each and all I got was 4 boxes with one scoop each only. Trying to call daily to solve the problem but no answer at all till now.
