Friendly stuff, nice service, delicious food, good portion. Ordered no 4, everything made fresh, waited only 6-7mins

They got my order wrong. I ordered 3 piece chicken and 3 piece wings meal for £6.79 and instead they gave me 6 piece hot wings meal for £4.99. Not ordering here again.

I know this may be a hot take but I'm certain that this shops chicken fillet burgers may be the best in London or the whole of England, I've been to many places to order burgers but this one stands out the most in all I've ever been to. Definitely one of the most underrated burger shops in whole of London.

The woman serving complained I had to pay with card didn’t want to refund me gave me dirty looks and I felt like I had to check my burger for spit. Definitely give this shop a go if you don’t mind eating other peoples spit

the food is normally on point but this time they did me dirty with the stale wings and dry wrinkled sorry piece of fillet Burger.

Fillet burger was absolutely 10/10 hot juicy and tasteful!

Ordered my food at the till and paid, went back in after 20 min to collect and they were clueless about my order. They asked me what I ordered and started making my food again because apparently someone else took my order. The food was then ready within 5 min which I believe they rushed it considering it was all grilled food that I ordered. Quality of the food was not what i was expecting and i believe they made everything in a rush due to the long wait and misplacing my order in the kitchen.
Such a shame as i heard good reviews about this place.
