Domino's Pizza - Burnley

Just walked half a mile to dominos to be told THEY DONT TAKE CASH!

what sort of company is this absolute joke!!!!

Got our pizza on time no issue, the driver drop our garlic sauce when handing over our food all over my front yard which was fine accidents happen I was fine with him and he said he would get me another one 15mins later he drop it off all fine.

Went to my car this morning he had chuck the garlic tub what he picked on the street and it had gone all over my car! Why couldn't of he just put in the bin like a normal person instead of littering! I have got proof of this and will be reporting it.

Great food great price room for improvement on customer service tho and waiting times for delivery

Ordered tonight and there ended up being a mistake and got delivered to the wrong address but they sorted it out quickly and added extras as an apology... Feel free to mess up and give me extras more often 😅

Awful experience waited 2 and a half hours for an order that awas taken somewhere else! And the incompetence of the staff is ridiculous!! Awful customer service.

We were having a tough period at work, not improved by the thought of soggy sandwiches for lunch. I took a chance that Domino's would be open for a lunchtime delivery and it was!!! Food was piping hot, very tasty, and soooooo very appreciated, It brought a smile to the entire staff who's grumbles turned into squeals of delight at fresh hot pizza waiting in the staff room. A big thank you to this take away who delivered super quickly.

Good pizza but the it took way too long to be delivered. The online tracker said it had been delivered but when I called up to ask about it they said the person had just left. Our pizza was only mildly warm and the chicken pieces certainly weren't any kind of fresh and barely felt like they'd spent any time in a frier or oven since they were cold.
