Domino's Pizza - Preston - West

Been here twice. Both times the food had been good. The first time we opted for delivery, big mistake it took over an hour to be delivered. Second time we thought we learned from our mistakes and chose to pick up. We were told it would be ready for pick up, we arrived and it should have been ready. Yet it was only just going in the oven and the guy working even said to us it would be ready in a few as he stood there making the pizzas. At least be upfront and say that timings are off

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Food did not arrive. When called the shop was told 5 minutes. 45 minutes later called again! To be told our f***king food is there and we’ll have to wait another 45 minutes as it’s now cold. Driver said he had delivered it and called me ( which I had no phone calls and have a ring door bell) …🤷‍♀️
All in all spent £40 on food that did not come, was rudely spoken too by the guy who answered the phone. Will not be ordering from domino’s again! New staff ,customer service skills and organisation is definitely needed.

If I could leave 0 stars as a review I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service, they keep forgetting parts of the order which you pay for, and when they say they will send the rest of the items out to you they never do that. It’s been over an hour from when they said they will sent the items out to us and the guy literally shouted at me on the phone saying they’re busy? Your store is open because of customer, you’re there to provide a certain level of customer service not to shout to your customers. Literally appalling behaviour will never use that branch ever again. I got told I will get my money back in 5 working days. I will be fuming I don’t.

Don’t bother if you are vegetarian or vegan. Or have any intolerance/allergy for that matter. Have been served dairy and meat on more than one occasion (vegan and lactose intolerant couple). With a very pathetic attempt at resolving problems even offering more non vegan items as compensation. Couldn’t make it up! Been a Dominos customer for years but this franchise needs closing down. I don’t know how they are still trading.

I have always enjoyed a domino's pizza. It is slightly on the more expensive side but you do get what you pay for, always fresh and always hot. The ingredients taste fresh and the dough too. I go thin and crispy or Italian style meteor.. Would love to get a loyalty card so I can gain some benefits of being a loyal customer. We can only hope, thanks Dominos for never failing to deliver!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Domino's Pizza for their fast and reliable delivery service. Not only did my pizza arrive hot and fresh, but the driver who brought it to my door was extremely pleasant and professional. I was really impressed with how quickly my order was delivered, and I will definitely be ordering from Domino's again in the future. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 2 pizza’s 2 sides, 1 desert and 2 drinks. Delivery time was good but missing 4 of our items. Told the driver there and then and he said he’s be right back. Half hour passes and no driver or missing items. Phoned the shop twice to be told they’re making our food and drinks. 1 hour and 20 min later we phone to find out they’re only just making our food and the driver will set off now. Still waiting on our missing items!
Awful customer service and the food we did receive wasn’t the best for the price. Dominos is over rated!!

Ordered on the app went to collect only to be told there was no order. Can see money taken out of my bank so was told to either wait 2 hours for a refund and order again or pay twice and wait for one of the refunds. I went with option 3, I went elsewhere and deleted the app
