Miami Chicken & Pizza

Made an order online and 20-30 minutes later Food arrived steaming hot. Had donner kebab on a nan bread and chips. Salad was nice and fresh, meat was delicious and the chips cooked perfectly. No complaints what-so-ever! Will definitely order again. Many thanks for a lovely meal.

Terrible food. Ordered donner kebab with salad. Honestly had bigger burgers from Mc's . And if about 5 pieces of shredded lettuce counts for a salad! Also thevso called chicken burger believe me the 99p Mc D is better value.. Won't be using again

I ordered via the uber eats app, a ham pizza, chips, and a boneless chicken meal and an extra can of pop. Order accepted and due to be delivered at 18.25-18.50. Come 7pm I selection the option to get an update, none sent. At 7.20 I did the same, no response. At 7.30 I rang them and the man I spoke to hung up on me after I asked where my order was. I rang back a few minutes later and he said the price of the pizza was wrong and I would have to give the delivery driver cash, I said I didn't have cash so he replied saying he would only send the chicken. It is not my fault that they have the wrong price on the app and haven't updated it. It is no good having just one person's meal delivered so hardly a good compromise. I said I wanted a refund and they hung up on me again. Extremely unprofessional!

I order a chicken kebab!..with salad..I dont believe a scrap of just lettuce counts as salad..come on miami salad means salad!

Just ordered a family meal and my order was the kebab.
It was excellent.
The naan bread too was the best I've had.
Fast delivery service.
Well done, I will be a regular weekly customer now.

I don’t know who they are paying to write 5* reviews. Ordered from here tonight, no veggie burgers so they offered me a replacement pizza after already waiting an hour for food. My friend ordered a kebab on nan. The pizza had no tomato base, the ‘nan’ bread was a folded pizza base. They didn’t even bother to cut up the salad. The food took almost 1.5hrs to arrive. The only good thing was that they threw in some ‘extras’ for the inconvenience. All in all a bad experience and I won’t be ordering from them again

Order from here four times between Jan-March 2021. Orders always been hot, correct and on time.

Chicken is consistently cracking. Coating is light, crunchy and not over seasoned. The chick is flat. Wasn't sure about the flat chicken at first but its actually easier to eat and making it this shape probably helps with the consistency.

Pizzas are good too, but sometimes the stuff crusty cheese can be a bit light. It still good and I always still get it though.

Ordered at 8pm for collection in 30 mins.. we got there to be told they hadn’t prepared the order … after nearly additional 30mins later than promised we finally get our food …. My sons donner meat and chips had sauce all over it and I called to say we didn’t want sauce on it. The person I spoke to pointed out I’d asked for ketchup, which I had but I explained I expected this to be in a tub or packet as it normally is not all over the meat (not an unreasonable expectation)…considering that Miami had already let us down by being half an hour late, I would have thought a good will gesture would have been appropriate, especially as there had been nothing done about the extremely late completion of our order. Well the response ‘come down and I’ll show you the receipt!’ I did point out it would be the same order that promised collection in 30 minutes but took 60!!! I don’t know what the food is like I haven’t tried it yet… at this point it doesn’t matter the lack of customer service means that I won’t be going back this was supposed to be a treat not a disappointing and irritating end to our day!
