What a great service from a fantastic team. We’ve ordered a couple of times over the last month, due to the circumstances at the moment. We tried to order via the website but failed every time, so I called and received great customer service, so helpful & nothing was too much trouble, while I was deciding which deal to get 😊as a key worker this service was outstanding, it helped me out after a busy day at school with my work family then to feed my beautiful family. Great food 👍🏻

My train was delayed and I called the shop, they kept a look out for me after closing 10 minutes before and gave me the pizza I ordered for collection. Was brilliant that they made sure to keep a look out for me to give us our pizza even though we were late and they didn’t have to

We ordered a set of meals to be delivered not only did it take an age to arrive (despite being informed via the website that it was delivered no doubt a head office KPI) They also delivered the wrong items. When calling them they had to keep referring to their manager who offered a partial refund that didn't even cover for the cost of the mix up.
So we won't be using this service again.

Every Friday night, I get a takeaway from this specific Domino's Pizza place, and let me just say I am not disappointed. The staff have always gotten my pizza right for the past 3 years. Keep up the good work.

Got redirected to portchester branch, who couldn't take the order correctly,got put through to a manager who took our order, then it didn't turn up, had no recollection of the order, but took the money, funny that. Offered a free pizza and coupons. Didn't feel confident of it turning up again so cancelled.
Not confident of receiving a refund either. I would avoid using the delivery service if you now fall under the catchment area area of po16

Wouldn't give a -5 if i had the opportunity ordered pizza at 23:05 left a hour still no delivery called them to see where the pizza was and they pretended they had delivered it, then lied saying he tried to call me then lied again and said they had the wrong number which he confirmed was my number when i called in because it linked to my address. Then i emailed complain who told me it was refunded and would be in my bank in 3-4 days and guess what. it was more lies!
Was only refunded today when a lady called me. Lets hope this one is true!
