Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Bitterne

A slight disappointment no jalapeños on the Tandoori Hot?
And, ingredients are spread very thin….
Not good.

Thursday 9th, me and my boyfriend ordered from dominos in Bitterne. I ordered the Texas BBQ and he ordered the cheeseburger one. I specifically asked for no peppers and no onions and my pizza was covered in them but the things I wanted added in where on there perfectly fine and my boyfriend’s pizza was covered in the onions that none of us wanted. Fast delivery though and was good other than that

This is the third and last time that I will receive an under cooked pizza from bitterne store.
So frustrating...the cheese hasn't hasn't melted properly and the base is doughy.

I hate complaining, but someone needs to see this and perhaps look at the time the pizzas are spending in the oven.

Doesn't happen from other stores but from Bitterne store the pizzas are soggy and cold. Very poor.

Your delivery man was brilliant, I have a fractured spine & he bought the pizza in. A massive help thank you sir.

Last order we had the pizza looked like it had been dropped. Also, the extra-large sauce we purchased had split and gone over the boxes. Previous orders have always arrived in good time and hot.

Delivered by bicycle, pizza shaken to pieces, big mess in the box, previous orders came by car and were fine, not sure bicycle is a good method of transportation

Made an order whilst with friends. Order was exactly what we wanted, was piping hot as from the steam coming from the drivers bag! Superb experience, Charlie (Manager) was quick to the phone, polite and courteous and the delivery driver Ely?? was equally polite, smiled at the door and said "thankyou for your order". We were made to feel as a valued customer

My partner is Vegan and twice now a vegan pizza has arrived with real ham chunks on it. As in a couple of chunks not the whole wrong pizza. Pretty unforgivable considering why we order Vegan. Go Papajohns they have never made a mistake yet.
