Domino's Pizza - London - Elm Park

I have never had a bad experience with these guys touch wood. We always order the same veggie pizzas but maybe it would not hurt if Dominos added in a bit more tomato to their pizza as they are little stingy with this. The lack of tomato causes a person to have to rely on condiments to make up for the taste deficit. If they could also add more veggie deals that would be great as deals often contains irrelevant items to a veggie including chicken kickers. If they added an alternative that would be a very inclusive move on their part. They are always incredibly fast with their deliveries and collections otherwise and that too with a smile.

Did a very late night order for 29 people. Called earlier in day to place the order, the staff were really helpful and order turned up a few minutes early piping hot. This is not the first time we have used them for a big order and we would def use again.

In all fairness this rating would have been 4⭐. They have a huge amount of orders I guess due to the heatwave.

They did not deliver even after 2hrs of placing the order. I called and they said it's baking. I went to the store after 45min of calling and they have not even started to making it.

Eventually I was given wrong order and I did not got the refund if delivery charges.

Crazy how bad this is everytime, not once or twice but everytime which is once a week, we out to look for another domino around us. We order collection, come to collect it says it wasn’t ordered, then when come to counter the cashier doesn’t speak english, don’t understand what we say , orders a pizza for us, we ordered tandori hot chichen pizza with all the ingredients on one side with chicken and the other side with ham, we get served one side with chicken and all ingredients the other side with just ham and cheese. The other times we order pizza over the phone and come to collect the cashier want to give us pizza for free without taking payment which is good but we have to tell him or her 5 times that we need to pay, and this happened probably 4 times, the staff usually ignores us, horse play around, play throw stuff at each other and laugh, its the worst ever dominos in terms of quality and customer service, if you put someone on till make sure they speak english amd understand what customer orders, its so bad that the whole experiece that its hard to put into message. Sort this out. Never coming here again to waste my money

Terrible customer service, ordered pizza for collection via phone, when we came to collect pizza order wasn’t even placed, gave as wrong pizza than we ordered, came to talk, and everyone been ignoring me. I was regular customer and been ordering from them for the past year but after this experience I won’t be back

Love their pizza it’s so good, can never go wrong.

I tried to place an order today by phone at around 1:00 PM and the man who was at work could not offer me any offer, (Vigit) I wanted to order 10 large pizzas for a party, I did not understand what the man was saying, at a certain point he hung up and I tried to call again and he hung up again, and again, in the end I decided to order food at papa jhons. I am very disappointed by this behavior. I no longer order from Dominos
