Domino's Pizza - Fareham - Whiteley

Change my review because I was there today 17th Nov at 1.20pm to be precise! Walked in for a big pepperoni pizza in 10mins £5.99. Really friendly service too! Cheers dominoes

I often order from here, so without checking I ordered a pizza, turned up at the store to find no pizza. My order location was set to my most recent purchase at the avenue store in Southampton. The store manager Hayley, was so understanding. She called the avenue store to explain what had happened. The initial was pizza refunded and they made me the pizza in this super quickly.
Hayley was really polite during the whole transaction and is a credit to the store.

We've recieved undercooked doe every​time we ordered stuffed crust pizza. We never called to complain earlier. But we did call to tell them about it. The staff told me to try and avoid ordering stuffed crust pizza coz they can't​ do a thing about it. Shame how they won't​ change a thing. I like their pizzas but I'm not gonna order from them again.

Awful service from start to finish.
We ordered online.
The app said it had beeb delivered after 55 minutes of waiting but it never arrived!
I called the store many a times where they didn't pick up fir at least 5 calls.
I finally got through and they said the app doesn't work and that it was ahead of time!!!!!.....a head of time is an understatement.....I waited 45 minutes after the app said it had arrived!.
I have asked for a refund and the man said he couldn't refund me today but he will send it to head office for them to refund me which takes 5 to 7 days!!!!
Awful service.....
I'm going back to booking with deliveroo.....much more organised.

never had any issues before but today pizza looked a little burnt and didn't seem to have much source on it?
not sure if it just new staff leaning as before its been perfect with this store.

The good points are the location and service. Unfortunately, one of the biggest let downs is the awful value for money. I asked what special deals there were and they said buy one get one free. It cost £19.99 for what I regard as being 2 pizzas only slightly nicer than one's from a supermarket for £3. No sides, no drinks, nothing. Luckily for them, people are willing to pay for poor value, but sadly I cannot justify it so it'll be back to luxury pizzas from Asda at £3.99. I think the price is for the Domino's brand
