Domino's Pizza - Petersfield

Truly dreadful.......ordered at 20.22 cancelled order one hour later. Then at 22.40 delivery was attempted; when we'd attempted to go to bed. Called the branch who were aware....why? . Can't get a refund for 5 working days after Internet order. Not the first problem with this outlet, would recommend collection only.

Great pizzas. Was later than I wanted but I can understand that its a busy little shop dealing with customers all around the surounding areas.

All I can say is if you order a delivery during their busy time expect a time delay. Not their fault but for this I'm giving a 4 star.

Ordered online from hotel 23/03/22, and wrote clearly in delivery notes...'please send a V.A.T receipt with driver'. No receipt.
Driver said he'd go back and email it. Never happened. Called shop, guy said he'd email it. Never happened. Called following day (Ben) Same thing. Never happened. Food/delivery was good but customer service is not worthy of one star.

Not really impressed with this particular branch. I had once asked for Vegetarian pizza, I was delivered a pizza with couple of pieces of pepperoni on a few slices. When I complained about it to the manager, he only said okay, no real apology to not to repeat mistake. Only giving 2 stars cz I got to eat something (although very carefully).

No issues so far. The food has always been delivered hot and quickly and good value for money. The delivery drivers have always been very polite.

Absolutely awful, took over an hour to deliver and was cold on arrival. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they don't care. The general quality of pizza on other deliveries hasn't been great either.

Very poor telephone service been put on hold 3 times today each time iv hung up after a couple minutes on other days phone just rings but the store is open with staff stood in there chatting when you walk past 30 seconds after calling never known anything like it. Keep ya pizza
