West Cornwall Pasty Stansted Airport Coach Station

Quick service, great quality. Large variety of pasties for such a small outlet. Sadly not always 24 hours :(

I visited to buy a Coffee after my flight had been cancelled due to the snow. I think his name was Daniel, the Big Guy, his Customer service was at a very high standard for his Age he looked about 20. I was very impressed by this. He was very Polite to me, the service was very impressive. I was just going to buy a coffee but I left with a sausage roll and a doughnut.

Can’t wait to VisIt again on my next Flight. Keep up the good work team.

While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly, I am really wanting to taste the goodness of coffee and it’s variety of its caffeine laden beverages. The flat white was disappointing and the taste of the coffee bean was nowhere to be found. I’ve tried this place several times hoping they would get it right eventually but I think it’s hopeless.

I had the worse service ever at West Cornwall Pasty in Stansted.
Maria I believe was the name of the employee who served me was very rude.
First, I asked for omelette but she told me that there was none the truth is she was too lazy to do some and didn’t want to do it. When her colleague ask if he needed to do some she said no although I asked for it. She is very rude and has no sense of customer service what’s so ever.

Warning:

You will not be able to take a pasty onboard one of the busses leaving from this station. So only buy here if you have enough time to eat.

Rating based on location only, West Cornwall pasties delicious as always.

Is just the classic, quick fast food place that you expect outside the airport. I would give even more stars ( the food is actually good) but they are lacking with the service. Completely cold and without any interest in what they are doing. It was a nice spot for every time I had to wait for the bus. Is a bit pricy ☹️

The customer service here is top notch! I stupidly dropped my pasty on the floor and the chef didn’t hesitate to offer me a new one. Unfortunately that was the last of the flavour I liked, but I had a taste of my friend’s and it was amazing!! A lovely (and tasty) welcome back home to England!!

Staff really rude on the 12 September right now I asked for plain milk for my baby and the lady that was working in a really rude way answered me that she couldn’t sell me just plain milk. I am really disgusted how you can deny milk for a baby I wasn’t ask for free. But she was really really rude. She doesn’t know what means customers service I am sorry for the company that gave to her this job.
