Domino's Pizza - Watford

Ordered there 3 times, every time for a store pick up.
The order was always on time, always super hot and always accurate. Every time I got my order handed out by a lovely smiling Asian lady - it was always late evening 09:00pm-10:30pm, so my compliments to that lady for a great customer service, even if such a short one.

The pizza is always nice. But I was quite annoyed at the person at the till. He was giving these faces like he can’t be asked to server or be there which was annoying. He also made me wait even longer for pizza. I came in like around at 8:10

I always enjoy the pizza, but i want to comment on the customer service i received. I am at a friends house and accidentally placed an order to my own home. I called watford dominos and asked them to change the address. I spoke to Renu who kindly advised me that the watford branch did not cover the area i am in. She called the bushey branch for me and placed the order there. Very efficient and friendly.

Ordered a cheese pizza for lunch. Pizza came with virtually no cheese because they hadn't popped the bubbles. 3 huge areas with no cheese.

Came back and they remade. Whilst I waited no one answered the phone despite it ringing non stop. Guess they don't want any business.

Getting better than the last few occasions which is why ive changed my stars to 4 for quality of product an presentation making it money for value 👌 👏 an making my birthday stress free keep it up maybe I will give u 5 stars

Takeaway, generally you can't go wrong with Dominos.

Tried ordering food for staff at my venue. I am not present on site. Delivery driver said “but I’m on double yellow lines” then kept on going quiet when I tried to explain about me not physically being there. I said I’d call the staff to let them know to go outside then call him back. He agreed. Didn’t pick up. Didn’t respond to messages. Tried calling domino’s direct. Phone rang out. I have no idea where my £40 order is.

Ordered online at 6:48pm, it is now 7:48pm and no sign of delivery.
Checked order tracking and it still shows as preparing! I have been trying to get through to dominoes for the last 10 minutes - no one is answering!

Terrible service! Should have ordered from Pizza Hut!

UPDATE: Pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive! The tracking app showed as delivered half an hour before it was delivered..
