Domino's Pizza - St Albans

One pizza very nice, delivery was quick, but plain cheese pizza almost black again. No one who likes a plain pizza, wants it charred. It looks very different to the photo online. Hopefully the cooking time/oven heat problem can be resolved for the future.

I don't know why this branch of Dominos struggles so much to maintain the standard. We have foolishly ordered from here a few times, hoping the service would be different, but it is consistently awful. Delivery tonight took 1 1/2 hours. Food arrived cold yet again. This has happened every time we have ordered from this branch. It was clear the delivery driver had multiple deliveries, which may explain the cold food. Someone from Dominos headoffice needs to get involved here and shake things up - completely unacceptable standard. The food itself was fine, just should have arrived in half the time and arrived hot.

Ordered on a Friday night. Delivery took over 1 hour 30 mins and when it arrived it was wrong. Called multiple times and no answer, the worst dominos I have experienced and my family are pizza lovers and dominos was our go to. Not now we live in St Albans. Shocking!!

Ordered from here a number of times and it arrives late every single time. They always put 'out for delivery' on the tracker when it isn't. I always have to call and chase. Won't be ordering again.

This Dominos branch is run by crooks. They lie about when your order is out for delivery and they lie to say it’s been delivered. They refuse to answer the phone. However very easy to take your money. How Dominos are allowing this chain to stay in business under their name is beyond me. I’ll be further complaining through head office. Completely unacceptable. We will no longer be using any Dominos stores moving forward based on the continued actions of this branch. The drivers are useless the store is horrific. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Order Pizza Hut or ANY other pizza company if you want your food.

Was really scared to order after all the bad reviews. Ordering at 8:45 and got my food by 9:10. Food was hot and what you’d expect from Dominos. Driver was very friendly and nice.

We don't have take-aways often but Domino's pizza never let us down each time we had their pizza. Most important thing is their fresh dough. I'm not sure of their low rating, I personally have no problems with this store.

Consistently update their order tracker so it says it's delivered before it's even left the shop.

Usually completely impossible to get through on the phone, and have previously missed off while ingredients on pizzas
