Fresh 'N' Fast

EDIT - Since leaving this review I've had many pleasant experiences with Fresh n Fast. Other takeaways in the local area just don't compare. I'm sure the bad experience was just a bump in the road.

Had a problem with an order I placed through Just-Eat, tried to sort it but nothing, delivery driver (the owner) arrived at my door and literally laughed at my complaint. I phoned the restaurant and was told I'd be called back because the person on the phone couldn't hear me properly, he hung up and never called back. I called back and the same person answered and passed me onto someone else who agreed both the owner and the person that hung up on me were out of order and that they didn't reflect on the business as a whole. The food itself that I ordered was very good (with the exception of the disgusting looking wedges, that I didn't actually mean to order), as it usually is when I order here, but unfortunately it was let down by the obnoxious staff members/owner.

Been here 4 times, had margarita pizzas and a vegetable calzone, tastes nice but every time I've been I've had (dont know how to put this politely lol) but horrible stomach pain and diarrhoea. Finally decided to look at their hygiene rating and they have 1 star so definitely dont recommend unless they sort their hygiene out.

Ask for Pepperoni, peppers & doner meat on a pizza & this is what you get. And don’t even think about ringing to complain.. the disinterested female hangs up & then won’t pick up. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Need food hygiene looking at this place 4 of us had pizza and we all have sickness and diarrhoea the next day. Awful place never again

Food hygiene is 1 star...ordered food and it never came, owners put phone down twice and refused to answer until we used another phone, place only accepts cash now i wonder why!

Absolutely awful. Ordered chicken burger and salad. Came with nosalad. Cold chips and cheese and the carton the burger was in looked like it had been kicked around the floor. Was asked to ring on arrival as ut was late. Hammered on the door like a mad man . Rang to complain rude mam who doesn't give a toss

Has this been took over? my past two orders have been vile! my pizza was way undercooked and my chips were brown and soggy and disgusting with barely any cheese and sauce.

Sister had a kebab and has been throwing up since and after googling them this place has a very poor history of hygiene ratings its actually astonishing to me that they're allowed to sell food.

1 hour +++ waiting for delivery, smelly, not fresh, tasteless
