Domino's Pizza - London - Sutton South

Used to be very good, unfortunately had a few bad experience of the driver not being able to find our address, so the food was cold even rhou we are 2 roads away, then ordering over the phone and being told to collect the food. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come.

Where to start: 1.women on phone cldnt understand me I had to repeat myself and she is probably Asian. 2. Delivery driver couldn't find my place and I live only less than 10 mins buy car and 3. Manager only offered a new pizza not a complimentary bottle of Pepsi or ice cream. Terrible service. Delivery highly not recommended. 4. Delivery took 45 minutes just to add chicken wings to the order

Got a fantastic caller named Shannon, he was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with excellent customer service. What an asset to the team

I order by phone when I'm on my lunch break. My pizza is always perfect how I like it. Very polite and helpful staff. Can only pay by card which is disappointing

Highly unprofessional staff. I placed an otc order and none of them bothered to take name, rather they simply put a random initial AJ for the order. Despite of waiting in an empty resturant before their eyes for 30 mins they didn't acknowledged their error, neither shared a feedback form rather gave me a cold pizza which was waiting for a non existing AJ and told me instead that why didn't you told us your name...come on man if your cashier in an empty hour not asking for it, how Would I know that u need it.... Seriously pathetic experience with their staff....

Omg … don’t order from this place. Staff totally incompetent and messed up my simple order. Im at work nearby to the shop and place an order for a large pizza for collection. I gave them over 45 mins to prepare and then they turn up at my house! I tell them it was an order for collection and I’m asked if the staff member had an accent. Had to ask for the refund and there was no offer of complimentary replacement or voucher. Shoddy, out of touch and a shambles. Only hell knows what the pizzas are like!

Ordered 2 x pizzas here Friday evening. Only one arrived. I was advised by driver and over the phone that the missing pizza would be delivered. Over an hour later nothing arrived so I decided to drive to the store itself. Upon arrival I found the store closing and thus they had no intention of delivering the missing paid for pizza. Made my thoughts aware to the staff closing the store. Following this the missing pizza was handed over. Very poor service.

Excellent quality of service from the Manager on Friday night. He was very helpful and professional with me on the phone, as I was a little confused. The pizza was also very good. Would definitely recommend and use again.
