Domino's Pizza - Bromsgrove

Came to Dominos late on a Friday night for a couple of pizzas. Tom and the team were so helpful he directed us the best value for money deal and was so friendly and accomodating. Pizzas came hot fresh and super delicious. Will be returning!

Multiple times the orders have been wrong, customer service is shocking and just rude when trying to get the order sorted, I’ve emailed complaints to head office and got no response. Phone is always playing up so I end up driving down to correct or see where my order is. Joke considering the price.

Even though radio ad said pizzas half price when I went to collect and the ad on the counter said buy one get one free on collection. Assistant was rude and aggressive. Place was really dusty

Can't fault this Domino's.

We've been ordering for years and 95% of the time everything is just perfect.

Tried Papa John's Bromsgrove and got dry bread twice, barely cheese, barely any sauce so we switched to Domino's permanently and the pizzas are always great!

Quite fast delivery as well. We probably order more than we should :) We'll be back.

My favourite is create your own: Italian style base, ham & mushrooms. My partner loves the Mighty Meaty.

Chicken kickers are sooo good!

Shocking service from this restaurant. I honestly don't know how it's open. Don't answer the phones after you've been waiting an hour for your order.. cut you off straight away. Second time ordering as we thought it may have been a busy night before hand. Never again. May as well close this one down as you don't get your orders 🤣

Ordered a vegan pizza but it arrived with dairy cheese on it, rang up & the member of staff seemed like he didn't really believe me, nevertheless he reluctantly offered to replace it. Delivered the second pizza but asked to check first before swapping. Second pizza had vegan cheese and was very tasty but came with non-vegan garlic sauce! Almost seemed like someone was trying to play a joke on us? I choose not to eat dairy but for someone has an allergy it could have been detrimental! I have given them 3 stars because the pizza was nice in the end and I have ordered from this dominos once before without any problems.

As expected, good pizza. Sometimes a little greasy. But overall. Pretty good.
