A week ago or so ago Dominos were doing this nationwide offer where if you were amongst the first ten to order a pizza in the morning you got it for free. The lady managing the store that day somehow wasn't aware and turned everyone away. When I called up later to ask for clarification on why I had wasted my time for no reason I was told the manager had been new and hadn't been made aware of the special, and that I could come in any time to pick up the pizza.
Fast forward a week, and I've returned for the free pizza. After some explanation the guy looked in the system and the lady I spoke to on the phone had put my phone number in the system to make note of the free pizza I was owed. After about 15 minutes the guy came up to me to hand me the pizza when the female manager who had been ignoring the whole conversation SUDDENLY sprung into action. She started interrogating me about the free pizza giveaway day, asking me what the manager at the time looked like etc. I told her "I just know it was a woman, not that great with faces" and she started yelling at me telling me that it was in fact HER, and that she didn't recognise me. On that day I was at the back of the queue, and when I heard that she wasn't giving out free pizzas, I just thought "screw it" and left. I was there, though.
It was surreal, not only did I have to travel down to this pizza shop TWICE, I didn't even get an apology or a complementary side or anything, instead being INTERROGATED and accused of being a liar. Absolutely bonkers.

Customer service is appalling, ordered 4 large pizzas and got 4 medium pizzas for the same price. When I called back they acted like they did me a favour by giving me one large pizza (which I had to collect as they refused to deliver despite the fact that the shop is less than a five minute walk to my house). Furthermore the person who answered the phone, was rude and lied about our order (he later admitted he lied) This caused such an inconvenience for me as It was the end of the day and I was tired and just wanted some dinner!

Absolutely terrible service. I've been left waiting for over an hour for one pizza to be delivered to me. I live less than a mile away. Given this is the second time I've had to wait over an hour I think it's safe to say I'll never be ordering from here again. I'd feel less aggrieved if the website depicted a more accurate waiting time... Terrible!

The service here is near to non existing - the manager is a arrogant person, they always mess up my order, waiting times is half hour for a pizza if your lucky when you receive it’s pretty much cold as ice. I don’t know how customers still order from this rat place and how it’s still opened. Do not go near this place if you want my advice.

Poor customer service, the manager on duty looks like he just finished the splif he had red eyes and doesn’t know what to do.
The other customer if front of me ask him about allergen info end he was like: I haven’t got a clue. Then when I had to order he said my personal pizza will be ready in about 30 minutes because is so busy but on the screen was only 2 pizza to make. Never get back again

I ordered two pizzas over two hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. I called the store half an hour ago and they said it was coming in two minutes (it didn't), and now they've just stopped answering the phone.
Update: they ended up calling me back and turns out there was a mix up with a neighbour. They refunded me and send me a replacement order which came in about half an hour :)
