Monsoon Grill

Discusting! Made an order via uber eats. Chicken dinner was dried up crispy bits with zero taste like actually no taste at all certainly no herbs spices used. Chips were soggy and cold. The colelsaw had possibly curdled in the heat the sauce on it was sour. Salad was warm and just heaped all together in a burger box was really horrible. They also forgot both drinks.

Not as nice as this used to be when i first tried it many months ago. Could confidently order from this place when i first began trying Monsoon grill and the quality was spot on. After a month or two passed and standards slipped.

Ordered a chicken burger meal tonight and a garlic pizza bread 9". The garlic pizza bread dough had a really funny smell to it and was grey. Took one bite and spat it out. The smell because the pizza was in the same bag made its way onto the burger. And at that point didn't feel like taking a chance to eat it.

However i tried it, chicken burger was actually hot and cooked properly, chips however were overcooked and soggy.

Awful place, very rude staff and super slow. They don't care if a customer is standing in front of them. They will make you wait and won't make an eye contact. Horrible overall service. Restaurant is always dirty, bins never changed and smells really bad inside. Also its been 2 years since they taking cash only. There is a note on the tills saying cash only even though the card machine is working. Super expensive as they don't have competitors. This review is based on their last 3 years service, not just one bad experience.

horrible shop. i threw up after eating their food. their chicken kebab tastes like fake meat. then they drench it in sauce to hide the real taste. this shop is horrible. their wings was horrible, although ive been to this shop before and their wings wasnt that bad. but yesterdays was just horrible. pls avoid this place if you dont want to feel sick

Food is good and tasty but little over price.

Best kebab place in thames view/barking.
I would 100% recommend the donner burger/donner roll chicken or lamb,, ask for a little bit spicy and thank me later.
Last time i went the threw in a little extra bits for me aswel 10/10

Their pizza is terrible and quantity of chips is too less. Wings are nice sometimes but at times they are too small. They sent me food in a dirty box once and it was full of grease, complained to them but do they care? Also its cash only for sometime now which is very inconvenient as I don't keep cash on me all the times. Only good thing about them is the staff is good, nothing else really.
