9th CHINESE TAKEAWAY

Avoid - waited for over 2 1/2 hrs. Rang a number of times. To be told manager was too busy. Was told food was out for delivery, hour later nothing. Paid on my card, but i had to go there for a cash refund. Was still on hold when we walked into the premises. To find a young child on the desk!! Shocking would never order from there. No apology from manager. Not even worth a star but you have to put one to leave a review

Ordered from here using Just eat. Was told we would get our food in an hour and 10 minutes. When the order was 10 minutes late I politely called them just to ask where the food was and how much longer it would be, the lady on the phone said ten minutes, that's okay then no problem. Half an hour after making that phone call, now 40 minutes late, I called again, they did not answer so I called again and the same, no answer. I called off a different number and she picked up almost immediately. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund all she said was that I would have to go through just eat. This has ruined our night as now most places are shut and it has just been the worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I have to give 1 star just to make a review. This chinese is the worst chinese in Redditch. Meal was missing and the rest was freezing cold. Rang restaurant to make a complaint but they kept hanging up!

Food was delicious, delivery on time. Will definitely eat from here again.

Over an hour late Nd stopped answering the phone. Thursday night jokers. Same owners as chi3 also as awful.

Ordered via just eat. Appreciate its new years eve, but 2.5 hours later and still no sign of food.

I order throu just eat and have always enjoyed the food from here but lately the service is getting shocking. Waiting over an hour for food that wasn't that good and I called the restaurant to try to ask where was the order the guy hung up on me twice. Just don't order from here it's shocking

Disgraceful way to treat customers. Order arrived incomplete and calls to the restaurant were ignored. Whole meal ruined and good money wasted. There’s other Chinese restaurants close by so they really need to up their game. Shocking experience
