Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Blaby

We had stopped using Dominoes because the Narborough Road office were absolutely awful and very rude. We have ordered about 4 times from the Blaby one now and every time the food was delivered in good time and very hot and tasty. Last night they gave us one wrong pizza (delivery man mixed it up with an order a few streets away). We rang to ask for the correct pizza and an hour later heard nothing, so we rang back. Because of the mix up in orders and then they still hadn't resent our missing pizza they apologised and sent us the whole order again within 35 minutes of the second call. Human errors happen- but they handled it very well. Thank you for giving such good service, we will definitely keep using you

I love dominoes pizza!! It is far better than its competitors in my opinion. This particular establishment is okay with delivery times generally but can subsumes be REALLY slow. They have delivered cold pizza to us before but we got our next order free because of it so can't complain! The pizza tracker is not accurate, it often says the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't. There are also some pizza makes here that can never seem to get the stuffed crust right and it spews out, which is quite annoying!

After an hour of placing order get a call to be told some items weren't available. Would i like alternative said no can you refund... they cancelled whole order. Will not use again terrible and disgusting service no attempt to resolve the issue when called back didn't care just wanted me off the phone.

They removed the garlic spread as a topping from their menu other domino's have it as an option on the menu , when I asked Domino's originally they said it was because of covid. But now they are saying as they are franchise they can put whatever they want to sell. I think its a shame really because usually I used to order every week when I lived in london, but upon returning here I haven't been able to enjoy a pizza with my favourite toppings.

Don't think I will ever order again, I have in the past been able to order a pizza from here with my favourite toppings but I guess those days are gone

Went in store to order told it would be 15 minutes half an hour later gets my food. Had a hot and spicy pizza well if you want to call it that hardly any topping very disappointed. Rang to complain was told that the manager would ring next day still waiting two weeks on

The shop was extremely busy and although served had to return one hour later to collect my order and didn't receive my Blue Light Card Discount.
Girl Server was polite and well mannered.
Pizza a bit overdone.

Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. The store is very clean and Covid safe. This store offers takeaway and delivery service with no eat-in option. There is plenty of parking available at the rear of the store in a shared car park with nearby Iceland and Greggs amongst other shops too.

Appalling mannered staff, got my order wrong on Christmas Eve, manager was too busy to sort it and the things they got wrong I was being told I had to pay to fix the issue but I would also have an extremely long delivery time. Really would avoid this store, real let down for the reputation of the company.
