Jerk chicken was 👌👌 beef & cheese patties are delicious! Been here twice already plus it’s halal!

Being so close to the church (Memorial Community Church) this little takeaway isn't good for my waistline! A reasonable selection of Caribbean food well prepared and reasonably priced and a fantastic selection of tropical drinks I've not found anywhere else. Friendly service on every visit but just misses out on the fifth star by occasionally having longer than expected waiting times to be served - particularly at busy times.

I have ordered from this establishment a few times and I would say it's hit and miss. Today I ordered two carrot cake portions however I got 1 carrot cake and 1 banana cake both were rock hard and inedible. The photo my hubby is pressing hard on the piece of cake. I have already complained to Uber eats.

Very disappointed with today's order. What should have been a large jerk chicken meal with gray, was a large container of dry rice with a small chicken leg and a piece of another leg which looked leftover. Have had decent portions from here before but today was off putting.

Only two stars because the lady and man that served me were nice, HOWEVER, the food has gone down hill compared to when they first opened. The curry goat tasted of pure ginger, the rice also had a weird taste to it. Prices have went up and yet the food tastes worse. Such a shame

I wish I could give them a lower rating, I ordered jerk chicken with rice and peas which was ok at best. Additionally I ordered mac and cheese which was just pasta and melted cheese on top very disgusting

Ordered and the food came freeezing cold . Not only that the curry goat was full of bones and no meat what so ever . I ordered a dumpling which came rock hard which i couldnt even eat as it was so hard i promise you . And then i ordered cutlery but none turn up . This place is the true definition of why certain races get discriminated . This business has fully gone down hill . I will not be ordering ever again from here . Id rather go south london for carribean . You should be ashamed of yourselves Servicing freezing cold food . You think your smart only selling smalls portions so you can profit

As a born Jamaican this food is absolutely disgusting it is not prepared by Carribean or black people. And as a vegetarian I got meat patties in which I did note no meat patties, when I called an Indian lady answered and was very polite and willing to fix my issues but then shortly after I had also found hair in the rice and peas,the rice smelt weird and unwashed. I’m not sure how they are getting these good reviews but this is the worst Carribean shop. If you want a good authentic Carribean meal this is a miss. Not black owned.Sorry as the staff are very polite but food not up to scratch needs a black cook
