Domino's Pizza - Nantwich

Pretty useless. I rang 30 mins after my order was due, to be told it was just around the corner. Another 25 mins and I call again. Ben tells me the order never actually was processed, and I would get my refund in 3 to 5 working days. He couldn't have cared less.

Really poor.

Both times I've used this store I have been disappointed.
1st order was wrong and second order was stone cold.
I returned the order while my family ate and had to wait 15 mins for a fresh pizza to be cooked even though I was told on the phone before I set off it would be ready when I got there to collect.
Both times when informing them of problems I was made to feel awkward by the staff.
Won't be using this 1 again. 😒

Disgusted with the customer service from this Domino's franchise i ordered 2 pizzas which one had an issue with. Was given £10 off next order. When my partner rang a day after to retreieve the offer, she explained she couldnt leave the house due to just having an operation, they were adiment that they would still not deliver because it is protocol, but also cannot use the £10 when ordering online. She said she was not happy about this, but would still place an order and Frederick(the employee) put the phone down while she was still speaking. My partner rang back and asked for his name and at that time, he hung up again. She then rang back and asked for the manager and the person on the phone then said he was the store manager and said his employee was having a stressful day.
This is unacceptable customer service and as a loyal dominos customer, I cannot bring myself to order dominos from nantwich again.
I will be emailing the dominos office about this.

As usual order did not arrive they changed to order to pick up even after we showed them the email it's there scam can't be bothered no idea who manages it but the staff need education

Myself and my boyfriend decided to get a pizza after a long day as he often will go to this dominos after work and its usually fine. This time however, the pizza couldn't have been worse, both pizzas were dry and basically inedible to the point we only ate a slice of each and one of the pizzas was wrong in the first place. As someone who works in fast food I totally understand orders go wrong sometimes so we weren't going to complain about the pizza being wrong, but the fact we could eat any of it really frustrated the both of us as we usually love dominos.

I placed an order this evening for delivery at my normal, specified, address where there has been no issues before. 1hr passes (30mins of this showing the driver in the same spot on the wrong road) I call the Nantwich branch. The driver answered and told me the sat nav took him the wrong way and tried to cal. I’ve just reviewed the number I supplied, it was the correct one with no calls made, I was told I was wrong and it was a different number. I was refused a redelivery after advising the above and told it was my fault and a refund would be issued once Head Office could do it. I’m now £30 down through driver and app errors, with no food after waiting for over an hour while a member of staff attempted to deliver to the wrong address stating it was my fault.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and service and this will be raised internally.

Had two previous bad experiences with this place but give them their due they sent out fresh pizzas on both occasions. (£3 for a double decadence and not received. Both times!)

Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have another go, even calling the store after placing the order online to make sure I wouldn’t be a mug spending £60 here again.

Low and behold they got the order wrong yet again. Couldn’t be bothered to call this time to complain. Simply won’t use them again and use the Crewe store.

Whoever took over this franchise clearly has no idea what they’re doing.

Went to collect my order last night which wasn't ready in spite of the fact that I had ordered an hour before. It wasn't especially busy in there either. I was served by a male employee who was wearing a t-shirt which was far too small for him, exposing his considerable stomach! Apart from being unhygienic it was very off-putting. When I got home one of the pizzas had been in the oven too long as the cheese topping was burned. I won't be rushing back any time soon!
