Domino's Pizza - Knaphill

For the most part knaphill dominoes is good but when it comes to drinks I ordered water and I’ve got something different personally I think if a pacific drink is not in stock they should call the customer to see what they want not assume because you never know the customer could have allergies or diabetes maybe some other dietary needs it’s not the first time that this has happened to me they say that they are sorry well I’m afraid sorry doesn’t cut it for me when you repeat the same mistake over and over again there’s no point saying sorry.

Absolutely done with this place. Order placed 7:40 it's now 9:35 and it finally arrived, albeit with the wrong toppings. I kid you not. Avoid it to avoid disappointment.

We've been ordering from dominos knaphill for around 3 years with no issues however the past two times the driver never showed up. Nothing. And it's not an address problem since it's been fine for years until now. It's a driver problem. Called the store and they sent new pizzas with another driver, though that's now two evenings which they have effectively ruined. The pizzas have always been great, so good effort to the store, but the drivers let it down. I will try domino's Woking in the future as that seems to have better reviews...

No more ordering from this place. Got 3 pizzas all with no base in the centre that the cheese and topping were stuck on o the bottom. Also ordered one with just one topping (chicken) and found an olive and 1 green pepper on it… cowboys! I would avoid and use other places for better experience and taste - even if it mean paying a little extra! This is definitely a Domi‘NOOOOO’.

I shall buy the pizza in supermarket and chicken wings in Iceland instead. Food is far below standard. Once is enough for me.

Politely asked to change a wrong order and man on phone was really rude and couldn't care less

I like it! Never an issue on collection or with delivery. Not sure why there’re so many negative reviews. I’m picky, but Domino’s Knaphill gets my approval.

Overall the pizza is good is the delivery is quick. Normally we ask for delivery and they came with half an hour. The delivery service is really good. Last time I ordered the chicken wings but they were not well cooked as I can see one piece is really white. The pizza is normally fine.

Absolute disaster of a store, they need re-training or shutting down.

I can’t explain how many mistakes this store has made as it’s been almost every order. I’ve made less and less orders from this store due to being constantly disappointed and the most recent order they seem to have thrown the pizza box against a wall and then left it to go cold. It didn’t remotely look like a pizza and it was cold as well? After speaking to them they agreed to redo the pizza but said we had to collect it but that ruined the whole family meal. They then said we could have the order the next day as they were closing (which left us with no dinner that night). Phoned to get the remake the next day and again they were so rude and then said it would take an hour to make the pizza! I’ve had enough of this store and this is the last time I order from them. I shall try the Woking store next time and if not I guess I’ll be trying another brand.
