Happy House

Very nice meal tonight from happy house yeovil, very fast delivery. And the ingredients were multiple different ingredients opposed to what alot do...just add onions and meat... would definitely recommend very nice meal

At 2.00 pm today all the kids decided to visit today instead of tomorrow to see my husband before his knee op. So trying to be modern I joined Justeat. They all like Chinese so I booked with Happy House in Yeovil as it would be a rush to get home in time to cook. I have never used the App or restaurant before. My delivery was scheduled for 5.50 pm but at 4.50 pm I got a email saying order cancelled. I rang Happy House and asked why . They said they only had one driver. So how can they offer delivery? Plus they have already taken my money which can take up to TEN days to get back. That is not good customer service and they must have know before taking my money they couldn’t deliver. So just hope I get home in time for plan B !

Sent in a small order just after 6pm, got an estimated delivery time of 7.40-8pm.. It gets to 8.36pm and we still haven't had the food delivered, so I call Happy House to find out where the order is and I get a call back at 8.45pm to say that the order has just gone into the kitchen now and will be another 30 minutes.. I get that Saturday evenings are busy, however for a chow mein and a portion of chips I would not be expecting to wait 3 hours later!

Still currently waiting for the food to be delivered and all I got offered was a free can of coke for the lateness.
Terrible service, if you are short-staffed then maybe don't offer deliveries for the evening.

Menu states that the Thai curry comes with rice or chips then they refused to serve any with it. When asked on pick up was told 'not on online', even when I showed the member of staff it on the website. She was quite rude and just kept saying, you want rice it's £2. Very disappointed, and the meals we did get were nowhere near as good as they had been previously so won't be going back again

Sides arrived burned and when I complained to Foodhub (with a photo) I was told the restaurant said I was lying. They were inedible, so ended up going in the bin. I won't be using this restaurant or Foodhub again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, booked for food to be delivered 2010, called at 2020 and they said 20-30 mins as very busy, called back again after this time had passed and they said it was on its way 2minutes, 10 minutes later still no food so we called again, began getting rude with us and lied saying it was on its way, only after almost another half an hour was it actually ready for delivery, we were hung up on several times, and most they offered was a discount for next time. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered on News Year New and the food arrived uncooked. I called immediately but they were rude and said call back (I understood they were very busy!) When I called back I was told I would receive a refund....I never receive that. Called 7days later and was again met we such rudeness and only got a £10 refund. Such a shame but it really has gone down hill Will definitely not order from them again

After waiting over an hour and half for the food I rang them, they answered and told me the driver had left 15 minutes and would be with me at any second. Was another 30 mins before the food turned up soggy and cold
