Fat Jacks

Normally they are really good but I ordered a veggie burger and they sent me a fish burger ( I don’t eat meat or fish) Not sure if their order was messed up and they were sent the wrong items but it was not a veg burger it was a fish cake. When I bit into it I knew straight away. I called them up and they tried to tell me I was talking about the hash brown, which I wasn’t. Like I said they are normally good but the customer service let them down.

Fastest food delivery I've ever had, consistently turns up within about 15 minutes of ordering, great for nights when nobody can be bothered to cook at home. Always hot, always get the order right!

After many orders which I was happy with, I had an order so poor I gave a 1 star review and went elsewhere for a few weeks. Ordered yesterday and it was amazing, back to business as usual!

Food is great, but waited 2 hours and the food didn’t even turn up

Order an hour late, cant cancel, can get hold of restaurant just goes to voicemail , still hungry…. Absolute joke

Great food but the worst service in town. They NEVER read instructions, the drivers are rude and obnoxious and the in-house staff are even worse. Nobody there cares, which is a pity because their food is usually good.
If you have allergies then I’d be very wary because your instructions simply won’t get read!
